Cocktail Team Building

A team activity with a result you can taste

We design cocktail workshops that encourage collaboration, communication, and connection between team members. A different, elegant, and fun proposal that activates creativity, improves group dynamics, and turns a corporate event into a shared experience.

An activity that brings teams together

Team building works when the group actually does something together — not when it listens to a talk about teamwork. Cocktail-making requires communication, decision-making, and defending a point of view. And the result gets tasted, which is the best way to find out whether it worked.

Team cohesion

For groups who don't know each other well, or who haven't done anything together outside the work context for a while. The activity removes hierarchies: in front of a cocktail shaker, everyone starts from zero.

Onboarding and Welcome

A way to integrate new people into the team through an activity where everyone starts from the same point. More effective than a presentation, and more memorable than a dinner.

Project wrap-ups and team celebrations

When there's something to celebrate and you want to do it with purpose. An activity that marks the moment without settling for an ordinary dinner.

Conferences and company days

Break up the rhythm of talks and round tables with an activity that energizes the group. It can be scheduled as an active break or as the closing activity of the day.

The activity, step by step

Team division
The group is divided into teams of 3–5 people. Each team receives the same starting materials: a base spirit, available ingredients, and bar tools.

01

Cocktail design
Each team decides what cocktail to create: the name, ingredients, technique, and presentation. There's technical guidance so nobody gets stuck, but the decisions belong to the team.

02

Making the cocktail
With guidance from the bartender, each team prepares its cocktail. This is where you see how the group works: who leads, who suggests ideas, and how they reach an agreement when they don't initially see eye to eye.

03

Presentation and tasting
Each team presents its cocktail to the others: the name, the concept, and why it tastes the way it does. Everyone tastes and votes. The criteria come from the group, not the bartender.

04

What's included in the cocktail bar service?

Everything needed for the activity to run smoothly, without you having to manage anything on the day of the event.
Materials and ingredients for every team
Shakers, jiggers, ingredients, ice, glassware, and everything needed for each team to work with the same starting materials.
Technical guidance
A reference for techniques and combinations so no team is left wondering where to begin. It's not a manual — it's a launchpad for creativity.
Final recipe booklet
Each participant takes home the recipe for the cocktail their team created, so the result of the activity continues beyond the day itself.
Integrated alcohol-free option
If some people in the group don't drink alcohol, we integrate that into the activity without treating it as an exception. The team works with the same ingredients and techniques.

We travel to the space you choose: an office, meeting room, outdoor space, or external venue. We need a work surface and access to water.

Yes. The team-building activity works well before a lunch or dinner, or as the closing activity of the day. We coordinate it with the rest of your program.

No. The activity is designed for people with no previous experience. What matters is making decisions as a team, not prior knowledge.

Tell us how many you are and we'll organize it

You don't need to have the full program finalized. With the number of participants and an approximate date, we can already prepare a proposal.
