Gina's Events was born from a conviction: cocktail service can be so much more than a service. It can be the detail that turns an event into an experience people remember.

Gina Pérez has had cocktail-making in her blood since she was sixteen, when she started working at her family's restaurant and discovered that behind every combination there was something more than technique: intention.What began as a curiosity turned into a calling. Training in Barcelona, his first bartending stints in Manresa, and a decisive leap: the European Bartender School in Amsterdam, one of the industry’s leading schools. The pandemic derailed his plans to stay and work there, but not his path.
Back in Catalonia, she worked with whiskey importers, led tastings and training sessions, collaborated with leading bartenders such as Marc Álvarez and Javier Caballero, and spearheaded the opening of a cocktail bar in Manresa from start to finish: from concept to menu, from management to the bar. In 2022, she took the definitive step toward becoming a freelance professional. And in 2024, she formalized what she was already doing: Gina’s Events. A project offering personalized cocktail experiences for brands and events that want every drink to have a purpose.
Today, he works with companies that understand that details shape perception. That a bar isn’t an extra, but part of the story. And that if something is designed with care, you can tell from the very first sip.
